Beginning in February, 2006, the Mental Health Transformation Project
(MHTP) conducted 24 Subcommittee public hearings and supported numerous listening sessions
conducted by Regional Support Networks
(RSNs) in order to understand what consumers, providers and stakeholders felt a transformed
mental health system could look like. In order to ensure an unbiased, unfiltered record of
these events, the MHTP provided court reporter services to most of the public events. Below
